We just put into escrow a home for a buyer that was valued in 2006 for 602,000. They are VA buyers who bought it in the low, low 400,000’s (not public record yet) plus we negotiated 16,000 closing cost that the seller paid on behalf of the buyer. What a great deal for our clients!!!! The home is in Oceanside close to the ocean,shopping,schools. What more could you ask for?? My vision and Goal for 2009 is to help 60 people get into homes.Whether it’s their first home or 2nd. or 3rd.or………This year is going to bring The American Dream to life for many buyers, the lowest prices in years and financing in the 4%.
