Cindy lives in Carlsbad with her husband and has 2 grown children. She enjoys being involved in the community.

Donna Henning Howell has lived in and been selling homes in North San Diego County since 1990. With 20 years of experience, Donna has been able to provide her clients with a positive and rewarding home buying experience. Her dedication to her clients shows in every aspect of her selling career.

 

Linda Villa

Linda joined Commonwealth in December 2005, after many years of working in the independent escrow arena. She has 18 years experience as an escrow professional and 2 years as Branch Manager, handling residential, commercial, stock cooperative, 1031 exchange, reverse exchange, REO, RELO, short sale and investment transactions. Linda is a Notary Public and a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and has accrued many hours of continuing education in these areas. She is also an affiliate member of NSDCAR.

Linda is a lifetime resident of North San Diego County, is married, has two children, and has been singing in rock bands for almost 20 years.

Linda likes the challenge of solving problems and successfully closing escrow transactions. She especially enjoys the personal relationships she has built with her clients over the years.
