Oceanside is a growing community that provides coastal living at its best. Many families call it home because of its affordability, beautiful beaches, its harbor and downtown. Oceanside is just 35 miles north of San Diego and 35 miles south of Orange County. With its perfect weather, averaging in the 70s, Oceanside has been listed as one of the hottest markets for vacation homes in the Wall Street Journal’s website.

Downtown Oceanside is in a major redevelopment transition featuring the newly opened Wyndham – a timeshare/hotel and the soon to come Beach Resort Hotel - which will have over 200 rooms. There are also exciting opportunities for mixed use properties – own your business downstairs and live above! All within walking distance to the sand!

Oceanside attracts surfers, tourists, and sports enthusiast from all over because of its sunny beaches, while the Oceanside Harbor & Marina offers a variety of water sports – from boat rentals, to jet skiing and whale watching excursions. Walkers enjoy Oceanside’s pier (the longest all wood pier on the west coast)!! After that long walk, they can indulge in a meal at Ruby’s diner at the end of the pier. Fishermen also come to the pier to catch dinner. Oceanside is home to the historic San Luis Rey Mission.

Downtown Oceanside, along the Pacific Coast Highway, is the local hangout – go to a movie, dinner, or shop at the small specialty stores OR hop on the Coaster or Amtrak to see the Padres/ Chargers play in
